Services

I offer one-on-one consultations as well as group workshops and presentations.

There are numerous social, structural, and interpersonal reasons people in pain do not receive the compassionate support we deserve. I provide support to help you or your group unpack and address these barriers for yourself, or to better serve your patients, clients, or loved-ones in pain.

One-on-One Consultations

Through a collaborative approach I will help center lived experiences of chronic pain, illness, and disability to identify pathways to access the needed supports for you, your clients, or your loved-ones.

  • Address external and internalized ableism

  • Effectively communicate about your pain and illness needs

  • Identify and navigate crucial resources—healthcare, public assistance, access support

  • Strategize to pursue your goals and dreams

  • Develop or deepen your spiritual connections

  • Bring more ease to the moments of your days

Who this is for:

  • Individuals in pain

  • Professionals

  • Loved-ones of individuals in pain

Please email me for a complimentary 25 minute consultation to answer your questions and mutually asses our fit. I would love to connect with you!
