Services
I offer one-on-one consultations as well as group workshops and presentations.
There are numerous social, structural, and interpersonal reasons people in pain do not receive the compassionate support we deserve. I provide support to help you or your group unpack and address these barriers for yourself, or to better serve your patients, clients, or loved-ones in pain.
One-on-One Consultations
Through a collaborative approach I will help center lived experiences of chronic pain, illness, and disability to identify pathways to access the needed supports for you, your clients, or your loved-ones.
Address external and internalized ableism
Effectively communicate about your pain and illness needs
Identify and navigate crucial resources—healthcare, public assistance, access support
Strategize to pursue your goals and dreams
Develop or deepen your spiritual connections
Bring more ease to the moments of your days
